As these areas continue to grow, Holiday Island will also grow residentially and commercially, and its property owner demographics will rise, ultimately to the point, where Holiday Island will become complementary to its nearby metros. The Park at Holiday Island has approximately 128,000 square feet of rented space. Holiday Island’s proximity to these cities offer an additional and wide range of recreational activities, sports, entertainment, and cultural sites.
